The firm was founded in Madrid in 1980. Since 2001, EJSI emerged to dominate in Poland and thus in July 2005 it initiated its own office in Warsaw, establishing its own prevailing team of bilingual lawyers as well as other supporting staff. Moreover, the general office in Madrid has at its disposal a "Polish Desk" which coordinates the activities of the Warsaw office as well as concentrating on providing legal assistance to Polish companies who maintain their business goals in Spain.
